No — this is a common misunderstanding. An “IV catheter” looks like a tiny straw. A needle is used to guide the catheter in, then properly disposed of by our experienced staff.

Inserting an IV is very minimal discomfort that lasts for less than 2 seconds.

Yes, we have a medical director — a local physician you can have a separate consultation with for more complex medical problems. Medical directors support our infusion protocols, but you choose your infusion, based on the self-treatment guidelines supported by the State of Arizona laws.

Intravenous delivery bypasses the digestive system, so fluids and nutrients reach the bloodstream directly rather than being absorbed through the gut. People come to us for hydration, for general wellness support, and for support during recovery.

We do not make claims about what an infusion will do for any particular person. These are integrative wellness services. They are not FDA-approved treatments for any specific disease, and they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any illness. Every visit begins with an intake conversation, and some protocols are available by a doctor’s order only.

If you are managing a medical condition or taking prescription medication, please speak with your physician first — and tell us about it, so we can take it into account. Health coaching is available alongside infusions: we review your current medications and supplements and look at where day-to-day changes could support your goals. Our aim is to support a path forward, not to keep you on infusions indefinitely.

Infusion services are not typically covered by insurance. We’re happy to provide documentation for HSA/FSA claims.
